Our micro-LED display is an extraordinary display that has a transparent and flexible film-based backplane circuit, Organic Thin Film Transistor, customized micro-patterned ACF, and 3 chips in 1 package of full-color micro-LEDs. 

Our micro-LED test socket is a custom-designed electro-mechanical interface inspecting whether μ-LED chips are good or defective. It could test more than 250,000 chips on wafer at one time through physically contacting electro-luminescence method.

Our Transparent Flexible Electrode is fabricated electro/electroless plating conducting metal on a transparent and flexible polymeric substrates.

An Anisotropic conductive film (ACF), a film-type vertically conductive adhesive with uniformly dispersed (patterned evenly or patterned as customer’s request) conductive particles that is applicable to micro/mind-LED bonding to backplane circuit.
